Positive Music any doorway will do  The case for this CD is so inviting and attractive, when the CD arrived at my door it just spoke out to me, "Open me, listen to me," and so I did. I listened to and thoroughly enjoyed "any doorway will do." Bev Barnett and Greg Newlon combine masterfully blended harmonies in their songs to create music you will enjoy listening to. Their message is positive. They sing about life, love, hope, and all things that are still good about this world. I found delight in listening to "roll with the punches," "i believe in you and me," and "time." I appreciated the other songs on the CD as well; however, these songs are my favorite. All the Best  This CD is a musical experience packed with fun, positive music to inspire a child's soul, (and adult's I might add). Will Hale delivers music with a message and one that you won't mind your children to listening to, (even if they turn their stereo up a little too loud). I love listening to this CD. He makes me smile as I am working and listening to his music. I happened to enjoy the entire CD to be sure; however, "Citizen of the World," "Perfect World," "Come Together," "Good For You," and ""When I'm in Love" are awesome songs with a positively inspiring messages. A Hop, Skip, and a Jump  Pam Donkin has created a delightful activity song CD for young children. I am still a great big child at heart so I still enjoy children's books and CD's and I did enjoy this one. The title song, "A Hop, Skip, and a Jump," is very cute. I also enjoyed "Kindness is Everywhere," "Clap Your Hands Now," "Gotta Get the Beat," and "Country Lullaby." I think the entire CD is fun to listen to for children, and well, for some of us adults who still want to think and act like children sometimes as well. Money Talks Too Much  "Money Talks Too Much" is a CD with a positive and powerful message. I do like the song, "Money Talks Too Much," as well as "Questions for God," "Dad I Never Had," and "Find A Clue." Allan writes and performs music that makes a person think and that is a good thing. We need more musicians like Allan in our world who write and sing music that causes us to take pause and reflect on our values and beliefs and to make any changes necessary to become better people. It's Only Rain
 It's Only Rain" is a CD you can sit down with a cup or glass of whatever it is that you like to drink and thoroughly enjoy. "When Two Souls Collide," "Anymore," and "This Too Shall Pass" are three songs that I listened to a couple of times as I liked the passion expressed in the songs. The message of this CD is one of positivity and encouragement. There is some good energy in this CD. Yeah I am sold on this CD and on the music of Michael Brandmeier. Calm Down Boogie I received a copy of the "Calm Down Boogie" CD by Betsy Rose from Gentle Wind Music. From the minute the CD started playing I was in love with this CD. The music makes me feel so young and happy inside. I just love it. I am listening to it right now as I write this review. A few of the songs I enjoy include, "Love Makes a Family," (what an awesome family song); "Calm Down Boogie," "Planting A Seed of Peace," and "Thanks Be." Betsy is not only a positively talented musician but she also has a soothing, pleasant voice--one you and your children will enjoy listening to over and over again. I would highly recommend this CD. Out of the Blue Out of the Blue by Claudia Carawan is a CD that will bless you, encourage you, inspire you, and make you want to boogie at times. Claudia Carawan has a voice and she knows how to use it. Claudia is a singer/songwriter who wrote 9 of the 11 songs on this CD. If you enjoy good old fashioned R&B, jazz or soul music you will like Claudia's soulful style of singing. There are a couple of songs on her CD that I enjoy. I enjoy "The People Who Love You," "Leap of Faith," "It's Gonna Come Back to You," "Brighter Day," and her rendition of "What a Wonderful World." One Of A Kind Woman  Julie Blue is truly a "one of a kind woman" and her CD is a winner. From the moment I started listening to her CD I was drawn in, wanting to listen to more. Her music is soulful; her voice is sultry and soothing to listen to; touching every part of the listener's soul. From the song "Finding Grace in Everything," to "Believe in Yourself," and "Things Worth Living For," the listener is encouraged and inspired to find hope and love in this world. I really love her song "Something Guiding us On." It really touched my heart. Some of her music reminds me a bit of Nora Jones, however, Julie is not an imitator of Nora Jones. Julie is a first class original in her own right. Julie wrote most of the music on this CD while recovering from 2 car accidents that took place in a one week period of time. Out of her fiery trials and afflictions has come a CD with a message of positivity and encouragement. I am enjoying this CD now even as I complete this review.  Acoustic Cafe by Phil Keaggy and friends is a CD that you can sit down by a nice warm fire or in a spacious sun room...or anywhere that is comfortable, kick off your shoes, and relax to. This CD contains music that will take you down memories lane with a flawlessly played collection of songs including, "Here Comes The Sun," "If Not For You," "You Have My Heart," and "Time After Time." I know you will enjoy listening to this CD "time after time" as I do.
Dream Again Dream Again is another CD that I received from Phil Keaggy to listen to and review. I find Phil's message and music to be inspiring and thought provoking...you know...it makes me think and I like that. His message is also positive. Yes, there are spiritual messages in his music on this CD such as in the song "Micah 6:8" however; I believe spirituality is important so I enjoy songs that have a spiritual message. I did like "Dream Again," and "Redemption" on this particular CD. All of his music is easy for me to listen to as Phil is a talented musician with a fine tuned voice, however; I did appreciate those two songs just a little more than the others on this CD.
