Kindness Grants Awarded February 2008
Lakeland School District - Jermyn PA
The school students at the Lakeland School District were selected for a Kindness Grant because they have created a number of on going kindness programs in their school district. One of the programs they have created is where they encourage students to catch each other doing something kind. When they do that the student who has done a kind act gets their name put up on a wall. How incredible is that? These children should be leading us as adults.
